Welcome to Abeni Estate

A quintessential Catskill Mountain getaway. We combine rustic farmhouse with modern chic finishes to create comfortable spaces for you to relax and fully enjoy your time away. A highlight of the property is the cedar barrel sauna that is open year-round for all guests so you can revive your body after a day of skiing, hiking, or however you choose to spend your day. 

Our three housing options offer the perfect space for a large group, or plenty of privacy for smaller parties as well. The main house offers sleeping accommodations for up to eight guests, a full spacious kitchen, and includes a private outdoor hot tub. The cottage has two bedrooms for up to four guests and a full kitchen. The guest house is best for two people, but can sleep up to four on two full-size beds and also includes a kitchenette for some light cooking.

All units have their own fire pits, and the main house and cottage have charcoal grills as well. We take pride in offering you an exceptional experience in The Catskills!

Omi Cabin is a secluded two-bedroom escape located further down from the Abeni estate and comes with a full kitchen, private hot tub, fire pit, and grill- perfect for up to 6 people. Omi is the ultimate nature lovers paradise.

Itura LakeHouse

Nestled along a peaceful protected cove on the northern shores of
Candlewood Lake, Connecticut, Itura Lake House is Abeni Estate’s
premier lakeside retreat. This luxurious four-bedroom, three-
bathroom home combines breathtaking lake views with elegant
comfort, featuring expansive decks, natural stone terraces, and
beautifully designed spaces for gathering, relaxing and
reconnecting.

Enjoy the tranquility of one of Candlewood Lake’s most desirable
neighborhoods while remaining just minutes from Route 7, local
shopping, and restaurants—offering the perfect balance of
secluded lakeside living and everyday convenience.
From peaceful mornings overlooking the water to cozy evenings by

"What a charming, lovely stay! Me and a group of girlfriends stayed for a wedding and this location was just perfect to hiking and great restaurants. The hot tub was incredible, the sun room was beautiful, and the house was well equipped for everything we would need. Would absolutely recommend! The shower was a bit finicky to figure out, but we eventually got it to a good temperature. I would absolutely recommend staying here!"

"The house is very spacious with great entertainment areas both inside and out with lake views. The kitchen is huge and very nice. And of course the best part is the location. The home is located on the lake on a beautiful cove with a new dock. There is a big yard between the home and the lake with some good outdoor entertainment areas and a large lawn. Great quiet location!"
