General Booking questions
Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. This ensures that our cleaning team has ample time to prepare the home for our next guests. Early check-in/late check-out is however available for an additional fee, pending availability.
Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in
We love pets! This property allows up to 2 dogs for a fee of $50 each. Please ensure they are never left unattended in the home and that you clean up after them.
Yes! We welcome families. The property includes a pack ‘n play and a high chair. However, please note that the home is not child-proofed. Stairs are not gated, and cabinets may contain cleaning supplies. Children must be supervised at all times, especially near the fire pit and any decks/balconies.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker (and a pour-over), toaster, and all necessary pots, pans, dishes, and silverware.
During Your Stay
Each property has its own high speed Wi-fi and instructions on how to access it are given along with the check in instructions before arrival.
The indoor wood-burning fireplace is available for use from October through April. A fire extinguisher is located nearby. Please ensure the flue is open before starting a fire. For the outdoor fire pit, please only use the provided kindling and never leave a fire unattended. Fully extinguish with water before going inside
For the safety and comfort of all our guests, smoking of any kind (including vaping) is strictly prohibited inside the home. A $250 fee will be charged for evidence of smoking indoors
Please load and start the dishwasher.
Place all used towels and linens in the bathtub or laundry room.
Ensure all windows and doors are locked.
Separate the recycling and take all trash out to the outdoor bins
Return the key to the lockbox / ensure the smart lock is engaged.
We may be able to accommodate a late check-out for a fee, depending on the cleaning schedule and whether we have guests arriving the same day. Please inquire at least 24 hours before your check-out time
